10: 30 Hrs Our tour starts with a visit to a typical market in Lima (San Isidro or Miraflores) where you can see various iconic products of Peruvian cuisine, such as varieties of peppers, tubers, vegetables, corn, etc. Fruits of our country such as cherimoya, lucuma, aguaymanto, pacae, and many others can be found in this place.You will have the opportunity to try these exotic fruits and enjoy exquisite flavors. We will also visit an exclusive restaurant in the Miraflores district, where you can prepare your own “Pisco Sour” and the famous “Ceviche” (sea fish). Finishing the tour, we invite you to enjoy a lunch with the most pleasant typical dishes, allowing you to experience and taste the Peruvian cuisine in all its splendor. Return to the hotel.

Lima – Cusco
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport to board the regular flight to the Imperial city of Cusco. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and rest.
In the afternoon, guided tour of the imperial city of Cusco: Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha). We will continue with the visit to Qenqo (Ceremonial and ritual Center where Inca sacrifices were made), Puca Pucara (old Tambo and Inca lookout post), Tambomachay (Ceremonial Center of Water Cult) and the Sacsayhuaman Fortress (place where the main Inca parties: Inti Raymi and Warachicuy). Return to the hotel.

Cusco – Huchuy Qosqo Community – Sacred Valley

Early departure to Lamay village, arrival and transfer to the community of Huchuy Qosqo.
Arrival in the community, community reception, presentation of the activity and distribution in the house that corresponds to the visitor, who will prepare the dish accompanied by a family member; participate in the different ways of preparing the flavors of the Andes, with natural inputs from the farm to the pot, native products such as potatoes, quinoa, corn, Olluco among others. Among the most outstanding dishes stand out: Quinoa chaufa, stuffed trout, rolled guinea pig, guinea pig, jumped vegetables and others. Typical lunch. Then, visit the Archaeological Complex of Pisac. Sacred Valley – Machu Picchu – Sacred Valley

Excursion by train to Machu Picchu. Very early we start from the train station of Ollanta towards the majestic city of Aguas Calientes, appreciating a diversity of natural landscapes according to the existing altitudinal floors, we arrive at the Station of the Village of Aguas Calientes, from this station the buses will be taken to make the ascent to the Historical Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, we will begin the visit observing the great landscape that surrounds it. The tour is 2 hours, at the end of which we will descend to the town of Aguas Calientes. Lunch.
At scheduled time, transfer to the station to board the train to Ollantaytambo. Arrive and transfer to the hotel. Overnight (B, L)

Sacred Valley – Maras & Moray – Cusco
Breakfast at the hotel.
Early in the morning, return to Cusco, on route we will visit the Andenes de Moray, the Salineras de Maras and the Town of Chincheros. Arrival at the hotel and free afternoon to rest or walk through the historic center of Cusco.
