08:45 Hrs. Pick up from your hotel to start the tour.
A tour through the gourmet zone of Miraflores is done to know which are the restaurants with the most amount of national and international awards as well as the history of the main actors of the Peruvian gastronomy growth (Gastón Acurio, Virgilio Martinez, others). Then, we will make a mandatory stop to taste some delicious artisan breads and then visit one of the local markets of the city of Lima; This will allow knowing, smelling and tasting the wide range of fruits and vegetables that the Peruvian territory possesses, as well as being immersed in the local living culture and the process of buying and selling these products. 

We continue to the district of Barranco where we will make a walking tour through its main streets and we will know some restaurants of traditional popular food such as anticuchos, picarones, coffee shops and others. We will enjoy beverages and herbal infusions from the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Also, a short visit to the fishing pier of Chorrillos, where we will know the history of this fishing village and the importance of fishing in Peru. Finally, visit a restaurant of recognized prestige, where you will receive a participative cooking class in which you will have the chance to make a refreshing Pisco sour and ceviche, with the guidance of a Bartender and the Chef of the restaurant. Then, in the same place we will enjoy a traditional lunch with a spectacular view of the sea.
